I created Pelara as a celebration of the Divine Feminine,
the creative, intuitive energy that flows through everything.
The energy that creates, nurtures, softens and holds.
That moves in cycles.
That knows when to bloom and when to rest.
I wanted this blend to feel like that return we come back to in practice, a space where you can soften, reconnect and come back into your own natural rhythm.
Pelara, Soul of the Pelargonium
Named after the soul of the pelargonium flower, Pelara is centred around the rare and exquisite Geranium Bourbon, an ingredient that became the heart of everything.
Grown in small, precious quantities on Réunion Island, it’s one of the most luxurious expressions of geranium. Softer, deeper, more rounded—green and slightly wild, with a natural rose-like richness that feels effortless rather than obvious.
There is something about geraniums that feels deeply connected to feminine energy.
They are resilient.
They adapt.
They continue to bloom, again and again, quietly, beautifully, without force.
Geranium Bourbon carries that same presence.
A softness that is strong.
A beauty that is grounded.
I’ve always loved rose, but for Pelara I wanted something unusual, something with the layered, unexpected complexity of geraniums. The heart of this blend is a nose-less rose, quiet, radiant and unfolding slowly. It’s the hidden beauty of the feminine: soft but deeply present, strong without needing to be seen, opening in its own time, and revealing its depth in layers.
So I built the heart around Geranium Bourbon, layering it with Egyptian geranium for brightness and depth and softening it with Palmarosa, whose gentle, dewy rosiness brings a sense of openness to the heart.
Together, they create a lush, green, jammy floral centre, full, open and expressive.
A reflection of the heart space expanding, receiving, alive.
The surrounding botanicals move like a practice.
Green Mandarin and white Grapefruit bring light into the opening, fresh, tart, awakening. Like the first breath that reconnects you to your body.
And as the blend settles, Indian Frankincense holds everything in place. Resinous, warm and meditative, it brings a sense of grounding and stillness, the kind that doesn’t restrict, but supports.
Pelara is more than a scent, It’s an expression of feminine energy in its many forms. Soft and strong. Open and grounded. Ever-changing, yet deeply rooted. A space to return to yourself. To soften. To bloom. And simply be.

Hand-poured in small batches by our founder, Cherylle, this candle is a labour of love, crafted to honour both the fragrance and the ritual of lighting a flame. Made with 100% natural, non-GMO, sustainably sourced European soy wax and a cotton wick, it burns cleanly, carrying the purity of the scent with every glow. Infused with pure, 100% natural, and organic essential oils, it transforms your space into a haven of balance, beauty, and inner stillness.
The fragrance unfolds in layered harmony: bright, uplifting green mandarin and white grapefruit awaken the senses; the heart blooms with the rare and luxurious Geranium Bourbon and Egyptian geranium, softened by the dewy, rosy warmth of Palmarosa, Indian Frankincense grounds the blend with meditative depth. It leaves your skin deeply nourished, hydrated and radiant, with no greasy residue or slip, just pat dry and drift off to sleep, wrapped in the layered, heart-opening fragrance of Pelara.
