Due to the organic nature of our products we currently only ship within the UK (Excludes Northern Ireland) For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges on any of our products, unless they are damaged during shipping.
Delivery Times and Prices
Collection – Free
Collection from our head office in Alnwick is free (Monday to Friday) and in some cases can be hand delivered and collected from Morpeth town centre. Choose collection option at the check out and we will contact you with dates and time slots.
Standard Delivery- £4.95
- £4.95 standard delivery on all orders under £55.00
- Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be prepared and delivered following receipt of despatch notification.
- FREE standard delivery on orders over £55.00
- Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are classed as non working days.
- Standard delivery in the UK is provided by Royal Mail or Courier. Please note a signature may be required. If possible, specify a safe place to leave your parcel.
Important information
P.O. Box Delivery
We do not deliver orders to P.O. Boxes.
When sending to a P.O. Box, our shipping partner requires a signature from the recipient, which we cannot obtain. We also like to hand you the parcel so it arrives in the best condition possible.
Damaged Items, Exchanges and Refunds
For health and hygiene reasons, regrettably we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any of our products.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We carefully inspect and hand pack each order in-house before we send them to you. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send us a description and photographs of the damage. We will assess your case and arrange a replacement if necessary.
If approved, then your exchange or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 working days.
Sustainable Packaging
We use biodegradable packaging materials that are responsibly sourced. We work with small businesses within the UK that are committed to using sustainable, eco-friendly materials in their products and manufacturing. Our cardboard shipping boxes are fully recyclable. We use bio-degradable loose fill void made from corn starch (eco-packing wotsits) for protective packing. Our tissue paper, honeycomb paper and Greenwarp packaging are used for presentation and protection. They are curbside recyclable and naturally biodegradable. Our glass and PET bottles are recyclable.
We’re always looking for ways we can improve our packaging so we can tread as lightly as possible on our planet. We try to present our special products as beautifully and sustainably as we can. We hope you enjoy them!
